Clive’s career in finance spans over 35 years. In fact, he even appeared on the talk show Wogan all the way back in 1987 to explain how the Big Bang had changed the City of London.
He went on to become a Director of a FTSE 100 money broker, Exco Plc, and subsequently became CEO of derivatives and forex broker City Index.
After buying his own ‘place in the sun’ in France, Clive spotted the opportunity to give customers a much better deal on their currency transfers.
James is an experienced financial markets professional with a career background covering foreign exchange and equity derivatives.
Having competed as a professional showjumper from the age of 16, James has built up an extensive portfolio of clients in the showjumping, bloodstock and racing industries. As part of his continued involvement in the equestrian sector, Key Currency is a sponsor of Oliver Tuff, a member of the British showjumping team and future Olympics star.
Prior to Key Currency, Jon worked as a private wealth advisor in financial markets. These days instead of managing money, he helps customers save money as well as hedge their foreign currency exposure.
Jon has also been competing in motorcross for over 30 years and has built up a large network of clients and contacts ranging from teams, riders and parts suppliers. Key Currency is a sponsor of Team GB which competes internationally at the annual Motorcross of Nations.
Before joining Key Currency, Andrew previously worked for the likes of Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank and has appeared as a market expert on CNBC and Bloomberg TV.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Accountant.
Andrew is responsible for overseeing the company’s strategy and performance as well as driving new business channels.
Andy has extensive experience in the currency payments industry having worked both as a senior dealer and in tailoring services for corporate customers.
Andy’s built up a broad range of clients over the years, including luxury car importers, professional boxers, football agents, pharmaceutical firms and pet relocation services.
As Head of Trading, Andy ensures we maintain the best service in the industry.
Tony Redondo has worked in the finance sector for over two decades. He qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers at the renowned Guildhall University.
In the last 8 years, Tony has worked as a senior currency dealer looking after a large portfolio of private and corporate clients. Tony also writes market updates and forecasts for a number of online currency websites.
Before embarking on a career in finance, Keiron served his country as an Infantry Soldier in the British Army for over 7 years.
After leaving the Army he retrained as a stockbroker, spending the next 6 years learning the ins and outs of global finance, including derivatives trading and foreign exchange markets. Keiron is a reliable and efficient person whom our clients trust to get the job done properly.
Geoff is responsible for cultivating and supporting partnership opportunities and key business relationships.
He was previously General Manager of a major import-export company, Tulip Foods, where he managed large cross-border transactions in the US, Spain, Italy, Belgium and Germany.
Geoff also developed commercial relationships with some of the UK’s largest retailers including Tesco, Sainsburys and Marks and Spencer.
Tom helps take the stress out of foreign exchange for our corporate clients creating bespoke hedging strategies that mitigate future risk from volatile currency markets.
Prior to Key Currency, Tom worked at Enterprise Rent-a-Car where he was fast tracked to management positions due to his work ethic, positive attitude and focus on customer service. He has also attained a BA (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Gloucestershire.
As Head of Registrations, Barry is often the first person a new client speaks to. He prides himself on guiding people to the best currency solution for their needs.
As an active property investor himself, Barry really enjoys speaking to our clients purchasing or selling international property.
Prior to Key Currency, Barry has worked as a stockbroker, financial advisor and retail manager.
Mike is our IT whizz. He heads up the development team responsible for refining and utilising the CRM system as well as fully supporting our IT infrastructure.
Having previously worked for a multinational mortgage broker and boutique wealth advisor, Mike has brought a broad base of technical skills to Key Currency. We haven’t found anything yet he can’t fix or improve. Maybe one day we will, but we doubt it.
Nicola is responsible for the oversight of the compliance department and ensuring that our policy and procedures are adhered to throughout the business.

As Compliance Officer, Nicola ensures we stringently observe compliance and reporting regulations in order to protect both our company and our customers.
Erik is our Head of Corporate Sales in Spain. He has spent more than a decade working in currency markets and banking services in the Alicante region and is Vice Delegate of the Swedish-Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the Valencia Community. On top of that, he’s also fluent in Spanish, English and Swedish!
Erik’s focus at Key Currency is on making sure we deliver great value coupled with old fashioned customer service to all our Spanish clients.
Jessica is our multi-tasking office manager in Spain. Born in Spain to English parents she is fluent in both Spanish and English and knows her way around in the jungle that is public administration in Spain.
Utilising her wide-ranging skills Jessica manages our operations in Spain with everything from direct client contact to our growing partner network.
Mark is our man in Marbella, one of the most popular and thriving expat communities in Spain.
Having worked in the FX sector for the past two decades, Mark is a highly trusted and experienced professional. As one of the regions best known currency experts, Mark is also a featured columnist for the Olive Press.
Tania is a highly experienced Business Development Manager with a proven background in financial services. She has lived in both the UK and Spain and is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian. In addition, she has the BTEC National Certificate in Travel & Tourism from University of Hertfordshire.
At Key Currency, Tania is focused on building and developing our relationships within the property and legal sectors.
Ricard is our man on the ground in the beautiful Cataluyna region of Spain, providing our local clients and partners with valuable guidance on foreign exchange.
Finance runs through Ricard’s blood. He has a Masters in Financial Derivatives from the Institute of Financial Studies and has previously worked as a senior trader, financial advisor and investment manager.
Erica covers the wonderful Costa Blanca, or White Coast, of Spain.
She brings a wealth of experience to Key Currency having previously worked in personal banking, mortgages, pensions and currency management.
Erica is able to help British property buyers and sellers through her knowledge and expertise of the local real estate market.
Vicky is our multi-talented head of the Balearic Islands. She is an established business development manager and previously spent a decade in the real estate sector. Vicky is also our in-house expert on social media strategy and speaks Catalan, Spanish and English.
Day to day, Vicky looks after our network of local partners ensuring we offer clients a reliable, efficient and valued service.
As a long-term resident of Ibiza, Hilary has strong connections within the business and hospitality community.

Helen grew up in the UK but moved to Ibiza 8 years ago. She has since immersed herself into the business community, working in hospitality, events and property management.
